Reinvent Your Life in 4 Steps — With Help from AI
Create a daily vision mantra so powerful it reshapes your next 90 days.
Most people write their goals. Few rewire them.
There’s a reason you’re stuck repeating the same year over and over.
The answer isn’t motivation. It’s mental reprogramming.
And it starts with one radical habit:
Creating a daily vision mantra — with AI.
For best results, follow these rules:
Everything you desire should be described in a positive and inspiring manner, and in the present tense.
Read the mantra aloud four times a day (at least once!) for three months and observe the results.
Trust the process! From experience, this method is effective as long as you’re consistent.
When I wrote my mantra, I was unsure where to start, so I sought help from the AI (I used ChatGPT, but you can use another model).
The powerful result exceeded my expectations!
I share this strategy with you to help you create your vision, using my examples as a general guide.
STEP 1 – Describe Your Task
Inform the AI about its role and describe the ideal outcome in detail. Guide it to ask you relevant questions:
You are a senior life coach with 20+ years of experience and thousands of happy clients, among them top-performing Fortune 500 CEOs, Olympic gold medalists, wealthy investors, best-selling newsletter publishers, 8-figure online business owners and more.
I want to create a daily vision mantra that I will read aloud four times a day. This mantra will help me achieve my various goals, including financial, relationship, and health-related objectives.
It must be detailed yet not exhaustive. It needs to be authentic, convincing, and practical, adhering to a proven formula that has helped individuals manifest their goals and desires.
If necessary, conduct thorough online research. Could you please advise me on how to get started with it? As you don't know me yet, please ask me 7 to 10 guiding questions and create a mantra accordingly.
The AI will ask you different questions based on your guidelines. Request more or adjust the current ones. Here are some questions I received:
Financial Goals: What specific financial outcomes do you want to achieve? For example, earning a certain amount, building wealth, or attaining financial freedom?
Health Goals: What does optimal health look like for you? Are you focused on fitness, mental well-being, energy levels, or specific health milestones?
Relationship Goals: What do you envision for your relationships? Are you seeking stronger bonds, a romantic partnership, or more fulfilling connections with family and friends?
Now answer the questions and remember: The more detailed and emotionally charged your answers are, the better your final mantra will be!
STEP 2 – Vision Layout
Now the AI shares how the vision will be crafted. Here’s what it told me:

Structure: The mantra will focus on affirming your financial, health, and relationship goals in a positive, present-tense tone, integrating your values and overcoming limiting beliefs.

Visualisation: It will evoke the strong imagery you associate with success—freedom, beaches, fine dining, and more.
I’ll draft the mantra next, ensuring it’s aligned with your vision and inspires daily commitment. Would you like me to focus on any particular phrasing style, such as calm and reflective or powerful and assertive?
STEP 3 – Provide References
If another mantra inspired you, share it with the AI (replace the [text] in the parentheses), and it will tailor the new mantra accordingly.

OK, now you have everything you need to create the mantra:

STEP 4 – Fine-Tuning
The AI will create its first drafts. Read them carefully and provide feedback until you’re satisfied with the final result. On ChatGPT, you can use Canvas to easily tweak your text without rewriting it each time.
Examples for feedback you can provide:
- The current mantras are overly general and simplistic.
- The mantras need to be longer, more detailed, and have greater substance.
- Aim for mantras that are at least five to six times longer, with no fluff.
- The mantras must be comprehensive, inspiring, and rich with descriptions and details about my earlier vision.
- Please provide three to four versions.
The AI will now improve the mantras through several iterations.
